Retrevo.com did an exceptional report on Social Media use. If you are like me, you love it. If there was a reason to ‘mainline’ my iPhone I probably would. Who knows, someday there may be an iPhone App for regulating your pacemaker! The interesting part of the report is its what people wake up to first thing and also take a look at the differences of usage of people under 25. I work in it every minute. Yes, I am a Twitter Addict!! I must say, that I DO however, maintain balance. When I am eating a meal, spending time with family or friends, I do not interrupt to check Twitter or Facebook. I try to allocate specific times of the day to spend with social media. So, I do keep it somewhat seperate.
