Chris, your posts always add value. I have been in sales my entire career and have always taken a consultive approach. Listen to your clients, ask them what they are looking to accomplish, understand what's important to them and then help them find a solution. Even if it's not to buy. In time you will build rapport and trust which establishes a better and more valuable long term relationship.
