mmm I saw the statistics but, I think, that's true for the big brand… Usa Today, CNN,…, people love to engage with brand and other “normal people” around one “topic”.

But for a middle/smart brand, maybe a good seo/sem job can drive good % of traffic “in target” to a web site…
