NOTE: Take time to IDENTIFY the hierachy of relationships in your life based on importance. Then make sure your appropriating YOUR time across those relationships based on their importance every day.

Hi Chris, thank you for your recent post. It puts everything into perspective and is very grounding. It is so easy these days to lead an almost 24/7 social media life-style – talking to whole host of other people out there, but some times forgetting about the real people round us-our loved ones. Think 'life' gave you a great message and am glad that you have shared it with us.
