Hi Chris,
I find that complainers are people who are afraid of finding a solution. Their complaining is usually laziness or in most cases fear-based. They know that to solve the problem they need to move out of their comfort zone, but this is scary, and it would cause some pain too.
Those who make this exercise of venturing out a habit are the winners in life and you rarely if ever hear them complain.
Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Ryan – great point.
Thanks!
Nice video-blog however not sure this would apply to all “professionals” i.e., I get paid to solve people's problems – As an Architect / Construction / Project Manager I bring solutions to the table. if my client was able to (with or without the credentials) they might not require my services. Maybe there's a different take on your anaylsis for people like me?

Thanks Frank, the focus is on complainers who spend all their time
complaining when they should spend it on seeking resolutions.
