“I have read hundreds of business advice books, but this one stands out. Every chapter has a great life lesson. Great for anyone who wants inspiration and to learn so much from someone who has done an incredible array of experiences.” -Gary Shapiro, President and CEOConsumer Technology Association, producer of CES®

Excellent advice here Chris, especially the piece about not attacking people until you get all the facts.
Being an entrepreneur means you will be in charge of others, meaning that you have to be judge and jury at times when your workers are “human.”
I also enjoyed the check story too. Gets into the psychology of making decisions and how it weighs on both parties. Just an FYI – that meeting wasn't by chance…the universe validated your decision.
Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Ryan I like to think so, the meeting was so random it was weird. If
your a good judge you track when are hopefully right more often than not
without prejudice.
