Haha, I like your humor. This is great stuff. I think LinkedIn is trying to do some gamification, but its not doing a good job at it. Gamification is “human-focused design” (rather than function-focused design), basically remembering the human in the process. Its a process to get people to “care” and feel engaged. This does not do that that well. Just like adding a twitter profile and facebook page doesn’t mean you are doing “social media marketing” just slapping on endorsements doesn’t mean the site is truly gamified…
