   Excellent advice, Chris. This is old advice, but it's always nice to hear it again. I just did some tweaking yesterday and today, in fact! One thing for people to remember; sometimes our own clients give us clues on how to tweak/improve a product or service! Great podcast, Chris.

   Very true words Chris. I think it is especially important to be able to look at your business from the view point of customers and employees. They are ultimately the people who make or break the business.
