First time I came accross your website today, I will be sure to check you out again. You share some important stuff here. Our work is never done and we shouldnt sit back and relax because we really need to keep on top of our game. Especially in this industry when things change so darn quickly.
Excellent advice, Chris. This is old advice, but it's always nice to hear it again. I just did some tweaking yesterday and today, in fact! One thing for people to remember; sometimes our own clients give us clues on how to tweak/improve a product or service! Great podcast, Chris.
