“We see the world exactly from the perspective we choose to. Once we take a position (whether it is a simple argument, political stance, or even religious affiliation) our brain is designed to focus on/seek out only supporting evidence and patterns resulting in a blinding FEEDback loop.
As we work, read, purchase, watch, choose, and consume we subconsciously reinforce our beliefs, morals, and opinions no matter how valid, biased, or rational they are.”
“Look for the ridiculous in anything, and you will find it.”
“What does my FEED look like, and how is it warping my perception of reality?
Be honest.”

So Chris, have you tried “Personal Brain,” yet?
Our beliefs, morals, and opinions are why we say yes to most anything we do, or chose to do. Hopefully our beliefs, morals, and opinions will cause good decisions that lead to even better decisions as they build on the previous successes and fulfillment from results that helped and benefited our self but also those directly and indirectly involved. Nice post, am agreed that we are in control of our mental feed. Its very true and we always look at the things from the same angle as mentioned in our brains.
Perception Bias is a defining process for all of us. The message is sent out and then we decode it with our own bias of fact, perceiving the message as only we can. Being in control of our bias of perception is what makes us unique and individual. Some people like rain, some people hate rain. Why? It is the same rain, after all. The reason is their perception bias has attached a negative (or positive) emotion to the environment.
Great post, this is really good information that makes a difference when used.
Chris, always enjoy your content, and I hope everyone is bookmarking your site like I did months ago – and have kept coming back for great content since.
