“I have read hundreds of business advice books, but this one stands out. Every chapter has a great life lesson. Great for anyone who wants inspiration and to learn so much from someone who has done an incredible array of experiences.” -Gary Shapiro, President and CEOConsumer Technology Association, producer of CES®

Time is of the essence Chris. I don't do a ton of phone work but when I do I set limits for each call and aim to make each call an impact call. I chat but get down to business quickly.
Great advice here.

Hey Chris: One piece of advice a colleague once told me was to make the call you don't want to make as soon as possible. If there is task that will be challenging or a discussion that may be uncomfortable, get it done and over with. How often do we procrastinate with issues like that? It had a double negative affect of reducing productivity and causing stress. Get it done and move on. Second comment is about decision making. Once it;s made move on. If it goes wrong, learn from the mistake and don't make it again. I can't stand when people make a decision and go though hours of worry. This again causes stress and reduces productivity. Great post. TW
Cool, so all I need to do is not check back tomorrow & you'll rock up on my doorstep???
I'm in Australia, so you might need an extra day or two for the flight…
Great post, Chris, but one thing I'd love for you to do that would help me use my time better – post a link to the transcript, so if I need to printout to take with me on the train (no phone coverage, let alone net, so it's reading time) then I can. Not many people do that these days, and as a speed reader, video is sometimes a frustratingly slow way to take a message in.
I wish I could do that – take and get my iPhone app to download stuff –
youtube . I wish I could but I'd have to charge for it.
Chris
Wow – Apple huh? Now, uh, weren’t they the company where the CEO and the lead researcher had such a fight that the lead researcher split and had nothing to do with them for years, and years, and years…only to be invited back…yet again…and he agreed to return…at which time…LO and BEhold, Apple comes out with…new STUFF- Jobs- Steve Jobs was a one touch paper thinker- Wozniak- on the other hand- was a creative genius- who knew, it’s not about time management Chris- it’s about…people. Chris – people – relationships- SOCIAL media marketing, networking and what else…is about people—SO- hmm…not sure about this one chief…in review I think your other video’s are better…RE-late- implies- relationship was established to get back into once again…love the point…but..nope…do what you have to do in order to not quash your creativity in the process.
