FullyFollow.Me have come up with a website that enables you to send out a link to followers that profiles your Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts. I’m sure as they develop the site they will add more features. This is great because obviously if I’m following you on one of these 3 formats, I’d probably like to follow you on others. This makes it easy to make those connections without the annoyance of trying to figure out which one of you is the right one. Check it out.
