Chris..aka….”the voice of reason”. Loved this video. It's all about balance. Lately, I have started to leave my phone at home when I head out for a business meeting, to dinner, etc. I noticed an interesting thing happened…I was ok. The internet and other forms of technology should help improve our lives, not, become them. Great post. You're always keeping it real my friend. TW
Chris – are you into Aesop's fables? Wasn't there a fable about the disobedient child who always imagined things the way they should be? Didn't that child end up inside some castle somewhere and they wouldn't let it play with it's laptop, and it threw a virtual fit and tossed the HD set out and hit the dragon on the head – and it flew down and grabbed the CHRISVOSS show's host and thus…he, yes he, lost a little weight? Did I get the right one man? Oh …shoot…Twitter's down again…

Well said. I have learned for myself, that sometimes shutting the laptop is a *must for me. I change routine, like leave the phone and laptop in the family room, while I watch television in the living room. I enjoy the internet, and for me, it’s not an addiction, but more a hobby that I enjoy. Some people are not happy with just staying home, as they have to go to bars, clubs, restaurants…etc. My fun is just watching Football, and reading tweets. And thank goodness, cause with out it, I would have never found your page.
