Great topic Chris. As a business owner it's important to measure the performance of their employees, particularly in a service based industry. I always recommend regularly scheduled meetings and/or one on one coaching to address weaknesses and provide guidance. It's amazing, but some people have no idea what customer service is and/or talking on a cell phone with a friend is the wrong thing to do. You're always going to run across people that simply don't care and thus need to let them go. A large part of the breakdown comes from management. Thanks again. TW
