Unthink.com is launching the newest Social Media Network and it looks awesome! Here are some sneak peak pics of their layouts. To sign up for your invite goto: http://unthink.com/
Per their Press Release: “Watch out Facebook! UNTHINK.com to be revealed Two weeks ago, UNTHINK burst into the public eye and the social networking scene after nearly four years in secret development and immediately picked a fight with social media giant Facebook. Since then, reporters and tech bloggers have been searching for details about UNTHINK.”
How does this sight work?
Theres a link on the page
oops.. google plus is for the universe
Lol! Unthink.com thinks it can lure Fb users through clever marketing, but it’s closer to manipulative consumer control than Fb! Who are they kidding!
So UNTHINK.com was “UNVEILED” yesterday…. HA what a flop! I received my invite code and spent the better part of a full day trying to access the site which is now down supposedly due to the fact that they are “FULL”. Once I was able to get access (around 1am central time) I was only able to set up my initial “suite” as they are calling it and was then kicked out. Uhh, can you say FAIL!
Let me say that it is blatantly obvious that UNTHINK without a doubt UNTHOUGHT about releasing the BETA version and simply came to the table totally unprepared! The suite looks like it was designed by a first grader and it’s extremely complicated to navigate and use, not to mention that when you do have access it runs at an enormously slow speed.
There has been a lot of internet press (mostly form Unthink.com) that they were the next big takeover in the social media market and that their site was going to take down the likes of Facebook, Twitter and Google+ just to name the major players in the game but as a first hand “Unthinker” I am totally “Unimpressed” !
Good luck Unthink, you have A LOT of work to do if you think your going to be competitor in the social media outlet and it’s clear that the development is as best second rate and not worthy of our time!
One might point out twitter has the same outages after 6 years in business, I’ll give them a little more time
