ShitExpress.com website claims that if you pay them they will send a “gift” of poo to a mail address of your choice. We thought it would be fun to review and share with our audience. A goofy novelty gift.
They seem to run completely anonymous and have no problem pocketing your Bitcoin. With Bitcoin it makes it very easy to never see your money again with little recourse.
After ordering several months ago and never getting the product, we enquired and got told shipments had gone out late. After 2 more later inquiries demanding the return of our money and threatening a negative review, the emails were ignored even after showing they were opened and read by our Sidekick mail service. So we know the emails are being opened, read and ignored.
The company appears to our experience to be just ripping people off and not delivering the goods as to our experience. On top of that their customer service is the same as their name implies. Shit.
Caveat Emptor. Let the buyer beware of this company.
UPDATE
After making this post, filing a report with Rip Off Report and tweeting it within 20 mins we got a FINALLY response from them asking to not post this. They refused to refund our money instead sending a message of “Fuck You” in the final package we got. I guess they wanted to really say that. Great customer service – NOT. Well I guess at least they filled our order once they figured out they pissed off a big fish. Not cool. The company has little or no customer service skills and seems to be run by one person. Judging by how they ignored, then gave us a hassle over email, I cant say that I’d ever recommend them. They do live up to their brand.
Too bad there are people like this, but I know a few people I could use this service on!!!
