When I was a receptionist I remember the term “customer always comes first or is always right” ingrained in my head. The same holds true as you say in this video in but in a reverse roll. As a receptionist I was consistently asked for referrals and of course if the experience was good I would share that with others.

“I have read hundreds of business advice books, but this one stands out. Every chapter has a great life lesson. Great for anyone who wants inspiration and to learn so much from someone who has done an incredible array of experiences.” -Gary Shapiro, President and CEOConsumer Technology Association, producer of CES®
